FlexOwl is an online retailer of variety of niche related products including custom designed products. All products are quality checked and shipped directly to you once the order is completed. Our platform allows buyers to specify exactly what they need, which will be produced perfectly and beautifully. Also, If you are a designer, you can sell your own creative designs and take orders from supporters with no upfront costs and let FlexOwl  handle your fulfillment and shipping to your customers. Although, you can decide to collect your products from our offices. But, we want our clients to enjoy our wonderful services, as we provide the much needed ease in delivering our products. All orders will be delivered to your doorstep!

 

Can we deliver across long distances?

FlexOwl deliver across the world. We want you to provide the address where you want the item(s), and it will be done! This is one of the advantages of our efficient and effective services.

 

How do I place an order?

Simply select the required product option from the dropdown menu on the product page, then click the “Buy It Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll set up your order and send you a tracking number as soon as your order is received.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive the order information, including the tracking number. This number allows you to keep track of your number. Input the order information on the Track Order Page to know the status of your order anytime and anywhere.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

 

US Shipping Time Estimates

Shirts: 7-14 Days

Other Products: 2-4 Weeks

 

International Shipping Time Estimates

Shirts: 10-20 Days

Other Products: Up to 6 Weeks

 

I want to change my address, is this possible?

FlexOwl encourages all our clients to confirm the address they want their items before orders are placed. Once an item leaves the warehouse to the initial address, the address cannot be changed again. But, we advise you to contact a friend or relative, who can help pick up your item from the first address provided.

 

What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

Our dispatch personnel will continue to contact you and provide updates about your item. However, if you are not available, we can organize a new delivery date, probably after 3 days. But, if the two delivery attempt fails, we will have to cancel the order

 

Will I receive my order in a single package?

We endeavor to send out products readily available as most of our customers appreciate prompt deliveries. If your orders do not come in a single package, be rest assured that the remaining items will also be delivered to you within the delivery timeline.

 

Does FlexOwl offer a quality guarantee on the products it sells?

If you don’t enjoy your product, we’ll get it back! All of our products are carefully scrutinized for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel or replace a damaged product, free of charge.

 

Which clothing brands does FlexOwl use?

We use trusted brands in the marketplace that are known for their quality, durability and great fit. Our preferred garment suppliers include American Apparel, Canvas and Port & Company.
